A total of 5 marlin were tagged over the week-end (compared with a record 193 two years ago) and only one fish
captured, which was a 184kg Mako Shark. The Mako was caught from a Lake Macquarie trailer boat, Bundy 1, which
can only be described as a very gutsy achievement.
